Hyundai updates interior trim of Creta quietly [Images]

Hyundai appears to have quietly modified the Creta's interior. Around the center console and the infotainment system, it now has a piano-black finish.

It was previously just a plain plastic finish. Piano-black inserts have also been added to the steering wheel.

This piano-black polish was previously observed on the recently released Creta Knight Edition.

The SX (O) iVT variation is what we can make out in the images. The Creta has not changed aside from this.

The price continues to range from Rs. 10.44 lakhs ex-showroom to Rs. 18.18 lakhs ex-showroom.

There are seven different variations of the mid-size SUV. E, EX, S, S+, SX Executive, SX, and SX are all available (O). Only S+ and S(O) trims are available with the Knight Edition.

Hyundai offers three engine choices for the Creta. There are three different engines: a 1.4-liter turbocharged gasoline engine, a 1.5-liter turbo diesel engine, and a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine.

Both the 1.5-liter gasoline and 1.5-liter diesel engines come standard with a 6-speed manual transmission.

Diesel engines produce 115 PS and 250 Nm, while normally aspirated gasoline engines provide 115 PS and 144 Nm.
