Real Madrid ‘keen on Son Heung-min’, Liverpool could SELL Salah in £60m transfer, PSG ‘must sell Neymar by NEXT FRIDAY’

Any average Joe. No

Joe Allen is set to decide on a new club next week.

The Wales midfielder, 32, is leaving Stoke on a free transfer after six years with Potter after joining Liverpool for £13m.

Allen has had several offers with former club Swansea who are eager to bring him back to Liberty Stadium.

Stoke offered a new contract for less money but Allen turned it down to assess all his options.

He left the South Wales club in 2012 to join Brendan Rodgers at Anfield in a deal worth £15 million.

The 72-cap ace will make up his mind when he returns from a post-season holiday to play for Wales.

Allen helped the Dragons qualify for the first World Cup in 64 years in a 1–0 victory over war-torn Ukraine on 5 June.

That match was watched by Swansea boss Russell Martin, who was impressed by his performance in the Welsh capital.

Allen began his career at Swansea in 2007 under Roberto Martinez and will be looking forward to a return.

But the Championship club will have to land players in order to raise funds to finance any deal.

Allen, who had already played two European Championship finals, played a 1–1 draw against Belgium in the Nations League six days later, but went limp with a hamstring injury.

Wales boss Robert Page felt it was a minor injury and Allen would be fit for the pre-season whenever he decided to leave.
