As reported by Sky Sports, Yves Bisouma has completed his medical before switching to Tottenham.
Spurs have agreed a £25million deal with Brighton for the midfielder, which could increase to £35m on an additional basis.
Bisouma is understood to have flown into the UK on Wednesday and stayed at the on-site hotel at Tottenham’s training ground.
Elsewhere, Tottenham boss Antonio Conte is intent on adding three more signings to his squad after bringing in Yves Bisouma.
According to The Evening Standard, Conte is expected to recruit a right-wing back, centre-back and striker to Tottenham’s squad this summer.
The report said Nottingham Forest star Jed Spence is Conte’s top choice for the right-wing role.
However, Spurs’ signing would require Spurs to divert interest from face-to-face competition from Borussia Dortmund and Roma.
Meanwhile, PSG have reportedly asked Jorge Mendes to plan Mauro Icardi’s transfer to Wolves.
Corriere dello Sport claim PSG are desperate to field struggling striker Icardi this summer.
Furthermore, Liverpool have reportedly completed the signing of Calvin Ramsey.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Reds and Aberdeen have signed a paperwork on a £4m deal, plus £2.5m in add-ons.
Reports suggest that should the transfer be completed once Ramsey is medical, the midfielder is set to sign a contract with the Anfield giants until 2027.
Finally, West Ham are pushing for a deal for keeper Alphonse Arriola amid Newcastle interest.
Hammer boss David Moyes is looking to sign Arola permanently on loan from Paris Saint-Germain after his impressive season on loan.
The 29-year-old was the second choice behind three-cap Frenchman Lukasz Fabianski but managed to reach West Ham’s Europa League semi-finals.
Now Moyes is keen to take the £7.6million option included in the initial loan to secure a move.
